About
The friendly ghost doing your SEO while you build
Spook is an SEO autopilot for people who would rather work on their product than on their content calendar. It studies your site and your Google Search Console data, finds the search queries you can realistically win, writes language-native articles for them, and publishes on a steady schedule - so your organic traffic compounds in the background.
Why Spook exists
Most small sites don't lose the SEO game - they never get to play it. Doing it properly means keyword research, difficulty analysis, briefs, drafts, internal links, metadata, publishing, and indexing, for every single article. That's a full-time job, and most founders already have one.
The tools didn't help much either: rank trackers that tell you where you stand but not what to do, and AI writers that produce generic articles disconnected from what your site can actually rank for. Spook was built to close that gap - one system that goes from "here's my domain" to published, indexed articles targeting queries chosen with evidence, not guesswork.
What we believe
Winnable beats popular
Chasing head terms burns months. Spook cross-references your Search Console data with live SERP difficulty to surface the queries your site can actually rank for today.
Quality is non-negotiable
Every article has to clear a hard SEO-score floor before it can go live. If a draft isn't good enough, Spook keeps refining it - it never ships filler in your name.
Publishing should be boring
Content only works when it ships. Spook publishes straight to WordPress, a webhook, or your Next.js site, then resubmits your sitemap so Google finds it fast.
Who's behind it
Spook is built and run from Denmark by Victor Kildahl, an independent developer who got tired of watching good products stay invisible on Google. Spook is used on his own sites first - every feature ships because it earned its keep there.
Being small is a feature: no growth team, no dark patterns, and feedback goes straight to the person who writes the code. If something feels off or you have an idea, email victor.petersen2@gmail.com and you'll get an answer from a human, not a ticket bot.
